When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Happy Days And Funny Nights reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is accepted only after we confirm acceptance and process your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

3.2 Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order. This confirmation does not guarantee product availability or price accuracy.

3.3 Order Cancellation

• Within 24 Hours: Orders may be cancelled at no cost within 24 hours. Contact us at info@happydaysandfunnynights.com with your order number.
• After 24 Hours: Cancellation is no longer available. You must follow our return process upon receipt.

3.4 Personal Use

All purchases are for personal or household use only and are not intended for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement applies.
• Promotions are governed by separate terms that may override these Terms in case of conflict.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We do not store complete credit card information. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the total order amount and warrant that your payment information is accurate and authorized.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Area: United States only. No international shipping at this time.
• Shipping Cost: FREE standard shipping on all US orders.
• Processing Time: 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific Time are processed the next business day.
• Delivery Time: 4–7 business days after processing (estimates only; not guaranteed).
• Carriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selected based on package size, weight, and destination.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to you once we hand the package to the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays, weather, or incorrect addresses.

Section 6 – Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• A valid proof of purchase is required.
• Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6.2 Return Process

1. Contact us to request return authorization.
2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid shipping label (at no cost).
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
4. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

6.3 Refunds

• Processed within 10 business days after we receive your return.
• Credited to your original payment method.
• Return shipping is FREE for all eligible returns.

6.4 Exchanges

Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors (subject to availability) with free return shipping. The fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order.

6.5 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or correction at no cost to you. Please retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

6.6 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Washed, Altered, or Worn Items – Products showing signs of use, alteration, or damage.
• Damaged Packaging or Missing Tags – Items with torn packaging or removed tags.
• Hygiene-Sensitive Accessories – Hats, socks, scarves, or similar items that have been tried on or worn.
• Seasonal and Holiday Merchandise – Holiday-themed items (e.g., Christmas ornaments, Valentine's Day sets, Halloween décor) returned after the associated holiday.

6.7 Cancellation and Returns

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours at no cost. After 24 hours, the standard return process applies.

All content on our Services — including trademarks, text, images, graphics, reviews, video, audio, and design — is owned by Happy Days And Funny Nights, its affiliates, or licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
