2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed at no charge. To cancel your order, simply email us at info@happydaysandfunnynights.com with your order number, and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If more than 24 hours have elapsed since your order was placed, the order can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may initiate a standard return once the item has been delivered to you.
3. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Time Window: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in the same condition as when they were delivered.
- Packaging & Tags: All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included.

4. How to Start a Return

Step 2 – Receive Your Return Label Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Step 3 – Ship the Item Back Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.

5. Mail-In Returns Only
We currently accept mail-in returns only. In-store drop-off returns and pickup-based return services are not available at this time. Once your return is approved, detailed shipping instructions and your prepaid label will be sent to you via email.

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Seasonal & Holiday-Specific Items: Holiday-themed merchandise, limited-edition seasonal collections, and event-specific gift sets (e.g., Valentine's Day, Christmas, Halloween) once the associated holiday has passed.
- Items Without Original Packaging or Tags: Products that have been removed from their original packaging, have damaged or missing tags, or show any signs of use, alteration, or washing.
8. Exchanges
Looking for a different size, color, or style? The quickest way is to return the original item by following the steps above. Once your return is received and processed, you are welcome to place a new order for the item you'd like instead. This ensures you receive your desired item as fast as possible.
9. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved.
