Shipping

1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses. We are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely FREE on all orders within the contiguous United States. There are no hidden fees, handling charges, or fuel surcharges.

3. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays)
  • Transit Time: 4–7 business days after processing
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days from the order date

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

4. Which carriers do you use?

We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your location, package size, and weight.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the link in that email, directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), or in the order tracking section on our website.

6. My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking still isn't working after 48 hours, please contact us at info@happydaysandfunnynights.com.


Payments

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
  • Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard
  • Digital Wallets: PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay

All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), personal checks, money orders, or wire transfers.

8. Is it safe to enter my payment information on your website?

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's PCI DSS-compliant payment system using SSL encryption. We never store your complete credit card information on our servers, and we do not sell or share your payment data with third parties.

9. What currency are prices listed in?

All prices on our website are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your bank uses a different currency, your financial institution will handle the conversion at their applicable exchange rate. We are not responsible for any currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

10. Why was my payment declined?

Common reasons for declined payments include:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Incorrect card number, expiration date, or CVV
  • Billing address mismatch with your card issuer
  • Card issuer security holds or spending limits

Orders

11. Can I cancel or modify my order?

  • Within 24 hours of placement: Yes. Contact us at info@happydaysandfunnynights.com with your order number to request a cancellation or change at no cost.
  • After 24 hours: We may not be able to cancel or modify your order if it has already been processed for shipment. In that case, you can initiate a return after delivery.

12. Can I cancel an order that has already shipped?

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. After delivery, you may return the item(s) in accordance with our Return Policy.

13. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Please review it carefully to ensure all details — including your shipping address — are correct.

14. Why was my order cancelled?

We may cancel orders for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, failed payment verification, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund and be notified by email.


Returns & Refunds

15. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

16. How do I start a return?

  1. Contact us at info@happydaysandfunnynights.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid return shipping label — completely FREE.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided label.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

17. Are return shipping costs really free?

Yes! Return shipping is 100% FREE for all eligible returns within the contiguous United States. We provide prepaid shipping labels at no cost to you.

18. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

19. What items cannot be returned?

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Washed, altered, or worn items — Products that show signs of use, modification, or damage.
  • Damaged packaging or missing tags — Items with torn packaging or removed tags.
  • Hygiene-sensitive accessories — Hats, socks, scarves, or similar items that have been tried on or worn.
  • Seasonal and holiday merchandise — Holiday-themed items returned after the associated holiday (e.g., Christmas ornaments, Valentine's Day sets, Halloween decorations).

20. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or correction at no cost to you. Please retain all original packaging until the issue is fully resolved.

21. Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes. Exchanges are available for different sizes, colors, or alternatives (subject to availability). We provide free return shipping for all exchanges. The fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order.


Shipping Issues

22. My package shows as "delivered" but I haven't received it. What should I do?

  1. Check with neighbors, your building's mail room, or anyone else who may have accepted the package.
  2. Allow 1–2 additional business days — packages are occasionally marked as delivered before final delivery.
  3. If you still have not received it, contact us at info@happydaysandfunnynights.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to investigate.

23. My package was lost or damaged in transit. What happens?

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Depending on the outcome, we will arrange a replacement, reshipment, or full refund at no cost to you.

24. I provided the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the address. If your package has already shipped or is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

25. Are your prices final?

The price displayed at checkout is the final price you will be charged, including applicable sales tax. Free shipping is applied automatically — no promo code needed. All prices are in USD.
